Digital Table Advertising Holiday Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This giveaway is open to small businesses located in the Northtowns or Southtowns of Western New York with products suitable for Christmas gifts. Eligible businesses include retailers, artists, makers, and other small businesses with products suitable for Christmas gifts. Please note that restaurants and bars are excluded from this giveaway due to existing advertising agreements.

Submission: Only one submission per business is permitted.

Selection: A total of 40 winners will be selected: 20 from the Northtowns and 20 from the Southtowns. Selection will be based on the business's physical location and the nature of their products.

Prize: Each winner is entitled to one month of free advertising in our basic Northtowns or Southtowns package (valued at $370). The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Geographic Definition:

Northtowns: Includes the City of Buffalo north of the 198 and 33, Williamsville, Harris Hill, Clarence, Amherst, Kenmore, Tonawanda, North Tonawanda, Grand Island, Newstead, and similar areas.

Southtowns: Includes the City of Buffalo south of the 198 and 33, Lackawanna, West Seneca, Cheektowaga, Lancaster, Depew, Alden, Marilla, Elma, Hamburg, Orchard Park, Aurora, Wales, and similar areas.

Content Responsibility: Winners are responsible for providing high-quality logo images and all copy to be used in the advertisement.

Design Services: Digital Table Advertising will provide graphic design and typesetting services, as well as an interactive QR code linked to the winner's provided website or online store, free of charge.

Deadline: The submission deadline is Thursday, December 5, 2024 by 11:59 am.

Notification: Winners will be notified via email by December 6, 2024.

Agreement: By submitting an entry, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

Digital Table Advertising reserves the right to make final decisions regarding all aspects of this giveaway.
